Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, statutorily protected retaliation (Whistleblower and worker's compensation retaliation), Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993, as well as general contractual related employment issues. Ms. Rotbart handles both plaintiff and defense oriented cases and prides herself on providing and maintaining the highest degree of professional services to her clients.

She has delivered speeches at several Florida employment lawyer conferences and Continuing Legal Education programs as well as presented numerous training programs for employers and their employees on policies, procedures and equal opportunity/civil rights in the workplace.

Ms. Rotbart is the past president of the Florida Chapter of the National Employment Lawyer's Association (FL NELA), an organization primarily focused on promoting and protecting employees' rights in the workplace. Ms. Rotbart previously held the position of Vice President of the FL NELA and has been active in the state and national chapters of the NELA organization for several years. Ms. Rotbart is also a member of the Employment and Labor Law as well as the Family Law sections of the Florida Bar.
